The shades on this job

5% tint (limo tint): The darkest shade most shops carry. Only about 5% of visible light gets through, so from outside the glass reads black and you cannot see in during the day.

In Arizona the back side windows and rear glass can be any shade. Front side windows have to let more than 33% of light through.

Reading the notes

Over factory privacy glass: Privacy glass is dyed glass: dark, but weak at stopping heat. Film goes on top of it, which is why the finished glass reads darker than the number on the film.
Dual reflective: Flat glass film that is mirror-like from outside for daytime privacy and heat rejection, and less reflective from inside so you keep the view.
