The shades on this job

5% tint (limo tint)
The darkest shade most shops carry. Only about 5% of visible light gets through, so from outside the glass reads black and you cannot see in during the day.
15% tint (dark)
Dark, but not blacked out. In daylight you can make out shapes inside if you look for them. From across a parking lot the glass still reads black.

In Arizona the back side windows and rear glass can be any shade. Front side windows have to let more than 33% of light through.

Reading the notes

Removal
The old film and its adhesive come off before anything new goes on. Faded, bubbled, or peeling film cannot be tinted over.
Ceramic
Ceramic film rejects infrared heat and blocks 99% of UV at any darkness, even nearly clear.
